Software End Of Life-Restaurant Loss Prevention

EOL and EOS Notification Policy and Procedures

From time to time, DTT may find it necessary to discontinue products and services for a number of reasons, including product line enhancements, upgrades and offering customers the same quality product at a lower cost. When a product reaches its end of life (EOL), we are committed to communicating important milestones throughout the EOL period, including the initial EOL notification, Last Order Date (LOD) for product, End of Support (EOS) EOS milestone dates, as well as other key information pertaining to DTT hardware and software products.

Last Order Date (LOD) Milestones

Any hardware products being discontinued will be announced as EOL and identified as such on the price list for up to one hundred-eighty (180) days prior to the discontinuation and end of sale date also known as last order date. On the end of sale date, discontinued products are removed from the price list and are no longer available for purchase. Support for discontinued products will only be provided to customers who purchased a maintenance contract prior to the removal of the product and support services from DTT's price list, or converted their new product warranty coverage to a maintenance contract prior to the expiration of the standard warranty.

The following versions of DTT software are end of life: 1.54, 2.0, 2.5, 2.9, 3.0
