2. Limitations on POS Integration
DTT
is not responsible for configuring the POS equipment.
DTT
will attempt to intergate the server to an existing serial or parrallel printer outputs provided that all the necessary information and equipment is available at the time that the installer arrives. If the POS equipment is not ready at the time that the
DTT
installer arrives, the customer can contact
DTT
for information on how to integrate the POS functionality. It is not the responsibility of
DTT
to return to the location for POS related issues. Any and all phone support is to be limited to 30 minutes per location installed. Additional phone support is available at
DTT's
hourly rates.
3. Limitations on POS SmartView program :
A. The client hereby authorizes
DTT
to install SuregateTM and ParsepostTM software on the client POS terminal(s). This is to facilitate the SmartViewTM activation.
B. Neither
DTT
inc. Nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors,officers, employees, agents, contractors or supplies may be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential,punitive, or other damages (including lost profit, lost data, or downtime costs) arising out of the use, inability to use, or theresults of use of the software, whether based in warranty, contract, tort or other legal theory.
C. 30-day free trial period will be followed by formal subscription agreement point of sale (register) information
