BUONA Restaurants Selects DTT Surveillance for Enterprise-Wide Surveillance Rollout
Los Angeles, CA | December 21, 2011 Illinois-based, Buona Beef announced today an exclusive surveillance agreement with DTT. DTT has rolled out its technology and LP solutions at all BUONA restaurant locations.
Initially, DTT’s system and services were evaluated in a few locations to ensure that Buona was selecting the strongest surveillance management solution available. An immediate positive impact on operations was noted and a decision was made to implement the loss prevention technology in all restaurants.
Buona’s management team will be reviewing SmartAudits™, video exception reports and video alerts for each location to ensure the highest level of customer service and guest experience. DTT’s technology will also be leveraged to manage opportunity food cost, conduct safety inspections and ensure consistent restaurant operations standards.
