Telemarketer - Los Angeles

We are currently seeking an experienced telemarketer for our Los Angeles Headquarters. The goal of this individual will be to generate interest in DTT products and services. The telemarketer will set up online product demonstrations for the account executives, as well as research and qualify leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a minimum of one year of telemarketing or sales experience. This position is eligible for a base salary plus results-oriented commission.

  • Make cold calls to potential customers
  • Email potential customers
  • Responsible for setting appointments for Account Executives

Qualifications
  • One year of telemarketing or sales experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel

Customer Service Representative - Los Angeles

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Los Angeles headquarters. As a CSR you will be responsible servicing existing accounts, following up on account inquiries and client requests and suggesting additional services. CSRs are also responsible for helping customers utilize and understand our services better and so excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. This position is eligible for a base salary with advancement opportunities.

Job Description
  • Make outbound and take inbound calls with current clientele
  • Make sure client issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Introduce current and new offerings
  • Understanding DTT operations to assist customers

Account Executive

We are currently seeking Account Executives in the following areas:

Successful Account Executives have come from various backgrounds, but common traits include a drive to succeed, a desire to control their own income and a creative approach to selling. All of our Account Executives go through a comprehensive paid training program that is focused on improving sales skills and understanding our company and our industry. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional who can sell with integrity and is driven to succeed. H/she will be responsible for growing and maintaining the existing client base. This position is eligible for a base salary plus results – oriented commission.

Job Description
  • Proven closer or must have the ability to be one
  • Cold call as well as maintain & grow existing client base
  • Spend 6+ hours per day on the telephone through cold calling, selling, conducting webinars, etc.
  • May attend Trade Shows
Qualifications
  • 3- 5 years of outside selling experience (B2B)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required





Field Technician

We are currently seeking competent field technicians for the following regions:

CCTV/Surveillance/Security Background preferred, some networking skills would be great. Must be able to travel locally and nationally. Dependable and motivated a must. Position is eligible for base salary, auto allowance and installation based commissions.
