LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALIST - LOS ANGELES
Want to fight one of the most prolific types of theft? Join DTT's team of Loss Prevention Specialists and you will.
As a Loss Prevention Specialist you will use your previous experience to report back to our clients on all aspects of their operations. You will also be trained to review surveillance footage, POS data, and audio of clients operations for theft and operational deficiencies.
THIS IS NOT A MYSTERY/SECRET SHOPPER OR SECURITY GUARD POSITION. THERE IS NO PATROLLING, NOR DOES THIS ROLE DEAL WITH EXTERNAL THEFT. You will not be asked to shop clients' locations. We leverage the investment in the surveillance equipment to provide our clients unprecedented intelligence on their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Meet a daily minimum quota while maintaining quality standards
- Prompt completion as assigned by supervisor
- Must maintain prompt and consistent attendance as scheduled
- Audit/review video, audio and POS data
- Report with video still pictures and descriptions of audited video
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCE IN INVESTIGATING INTERNAL THEFT IS REQUIRED
- High school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in the fast food or restaurant industry
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must read, write, and speak English fluently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows XP
- Ability to multitask

TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - LOS ANGELES
The DTT Technical Service Representative (TSR) is a vital element in the structure of the company. The essential duties expected of the TSR include monitoring the service queue, administering RMA functions, troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network issues, upgrading or installing new software as needed, and providing virtual training for customers. She/He will also audit 'after install' quality checks, evaluate new hardware and software, repair remote access problems, program and adjust modems and customer routers and perform quality control checks on repaired DVRs. In addition, the TSR will work with the Installation department to dispatch field technicians to customer locations as needed and assist them as necessary to bring new systems onto their network.
Requirements:
- Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network issues (Windows OS)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience

INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
We are looking for Installation Technicians in the following cities:
- Pittsburgh, PA
- Fort Myers, FL
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Installation Technician for CCTV, and DVR Systems. The person hired will be installing and servicing CCTV cameras and DVR systems. The Installation Technician will also perform site surveys, make recommendations for camera replacements and determine labor amount for sales force. Qualified candidates must be able to travel locally and nationally to perform installations and service calls. This is a full-time position with base compensation plus commission.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL, AND QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSED. ABILITY TO PROVIDE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST.
Other qualifications:
- 1-2 Years CCTV troubleshooting experience, servicing and installing digital surveillance CCTV/low voltage systems REQUIRED.
- Highly motivated, organized, and have good time management skills.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Must be personable and have terrific customer service skills.
- Must be able to provide training to clients.
- Applicants MUST have experience running and installing cable.
- Configuration of small networks: Routers, Hubs, and Networks for remote CCTV connectivity is a plus.
