Vik Raina - Managing Director, BV Investment Partners
Mr. Raina is the Managing Partner of BV Investment Partners. He joined the Firm in 1999 as a Director and brings more than 21 years of investment banking, strategic consulting, and principal investment experience to the Firm. He chairs the Firm's Investment, Operating, and Valuation committees. Mr. Raina is focused on the Firm's investment, risk management, and LP relations activities. Previously, he was an Executive Director in the Communications, Media, and Technology Group at Goldman Sachs (Asia), and a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Raina earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University and M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was a Baker Scholar.
Lou Bertocci - Managing Director, BV Investment Partners
Mr. Bertocci joined the Firm in 1996 as an Associate and brings more than 18 years of banking and principal investing experience to the Firm. Previously, Mr. Bertocci was an Assistant Vice President in Fleet Bank's Specialized Lending Division, where he focused on sports and entertainment financings. Mr. Bertocci earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Marco Ferrari - Principal, BV Investment Partners
Mr. Ferrari joined the Firm in August 2005 and has over 12 years of experience in venture capital and private equity transactions. Previously, Mr. Ferrari held various positions with Siemens Venture Capital. Mr. Ferrari earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Steve Pazuk
In June of 2000 after a career spanning more than thirty years, Mr. Pazuk retired as Treasurer and Partner of Wellington Management Company, one of America's oldest and largest independent investment management firms with responsibility of over $500 Billion of discretionary client assets. Subsequent to his retirement, Mr. Pazuk has been involved extensively in real estate development and venture capital investments. In addition, Mr. Pazuk serves on the Board of a number of private and publicly held companies. With his remarkable experience and access to the capital markets Mr. Pazuk has been able to assist DTT in raising substantial funds in addition to facilitating the expansion goals of DTT.
