Don Boyle is the Vice President of Loss Prevention Services for DTT and is responsible for ensuring DTT products meet the loss prevention needs of its clients. As a pioneer in the integration of surveillance systems into loss prevention programs, Boyle has developed audit and investigative services and systems for clients’ operations. He has investigated thousands of employee thefts providing surveillance based evidence for prosecutions. As the industries foremost expert on the use of surveillance in loss prevention applications for the retail and the quick serve industries he continues to lead improvements and developments for loss prevention applications.

Boyle developed and brought SmartAUDIT™ to market for DTT in February 2008. The SmartAUDIT™ service provides exception based loss prevention and operational intelligence reporting on clients’ operations. Over the past year and a half the SmartAUDIT service has uncovered hundreds of thousands in theft and deterred even more.

Prior to joining DTT, Boyle worked in the surveillance industry for 4 years bringing loss prevention services to market from concept to delivery. He brings with him over 12 years experience in loss prevention and operations having worked in both the convenience store and quick serve industries.
